Is the leather you use 100% genuine?
Yes, we exclusively use top-grain and full-grain bovine leathers. We do not use bonded leather or synthetic alternatives, ensuring durability and a natural patina over time.
What is your delivery timeframe for large furniture items?
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Our white-glove delivery service includes room-of-choice placement and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I request leather swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits so you can see and feel the texture and color of our leathers in your own home lighting before making a final decision.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund minus a restocking fee and return shipping costs, provided it is in original condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames and leather?
Yes, all our furniture comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the hardwood frames and a 5-year warranty against leather manufacturing defects or premature peeling.
