At Leather Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our premium hides and craftsmanship. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly suit your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the leather piece is cleaned and securely wrapped in its original protective packaging to prevent scuffing or damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove furniture carriers will contact you to schedule a convenient window for professional pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the piece at our warehouse to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
